Tour dates for The Bodyguard

All dates for the 2025-26 tour of hit musical The Bodyguard have been announced, including the tour's launch date at Birmingham's Alexandra Theatre in September.

The first northern venue will be Blackpool Winter Gardens (October 1-4), followed by Manchester Opera House (January 19-31, 2026); Sunderland Empire (April 27-May 2, 2026); Venue Cymru, Llandudno (June 1-6, 2026); Bradford Alhambra (June 8-13, 2026); Liverpool Empire (June 15-20, 2026) and Newcastle Theatre Royal (July 27-August 1, 2026).

Based on the 1992 Oscar-nominated film starring Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner, the musical version has played to over 3.9 million people in 15 countries and 45 US cities.

In it, former Secret Service agent turned bodyguard, Frank Farmer, is hired to protect superstar Rachel Marron from an unknown stalker. Each expects to be in charge; what they don’t expect is to fall in love. The score includes Queen of the Night, So Emotional, One Moment in Time, Saving All My Love, Run to You, I Have Nothing, I Wanna Dance with Somebody and I Will Always Love You.
