Fantastically Great Women Who Changed the World, is the new high-powered pop musical from the team that produced hit show SIX: The Musical.

Will it emulate the success of the previous show, which turned the six wives of Henry VIII into a must-see event? Kenny Wax, who is the producer of both, certainly hopes so.

Rather than queens, this musical celebrates the lives of great women - such as artist Frida Kahlo, activists Rosa Parks and Emmeline Pankhurst, pilot Amelia Earhart, scientist Marie Curie and others.

The show returns to Liverpool Playhouse (where its rave-reviewed Christmas season had some Covid interruptions) from March 25-April 3, then hops down the M62 to The Lowry in Salford (April 12-16).

There are new cast members for 2022: Kirstie Skivington (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie); Kudzai Mangombe; Elise Zavou and Clarice Julianda. Returning to the new production are Renee Lamb, Christina Modestou and Jade Kennedy.
