The legendary Liverpool Everyman rock 'n' roll panto is back for 2022, and this year it’s Red Riding Hood.

But not as you know it: this is the tale Everyman style, with outlandish costumes, plenty of plot twists and tons of musical hits, performed by a company of actor-musicians.

Theatre CEO Mark Da Vanzo said: “Laughter and music are the perfect combination and our annual rock 'n' roll panto is one of those shows that does that brilliantly.

“It’s one of the highlights of our year and more importantly for our audiences it reaches so many people of all ages and it’s always an exciting moment to reveal a new title.

"We’re looking forward to seeing what music, magic and mayhem the team, on and off stage, will bring us this year. Until then, we hope audiences will find something to entertain and enjoy in the months ahead.”

Red Riding Hood is at the Everyman from November 25-January 14.
