Celebrate Blackpool Grand Theatre's 130th anniversary with an on-stage gala dinner date with the stars. Hosting on September 12 will be Britain's Got Talent finalist and Grand pantomime favourite Steve Royal. On September 13 it's Funny Girls and influential LGBT+ Grand Theatre ambassador Basil Newby MBE, and on September 14 it's stage and Coronation Street star, Jodie Prenger.
Surrounded by the beauty of master architect Frank Matcham’s elegant auditorium, each evening the hosts will share personal anecdotes, behind-the-scenes showbiz stories and reveal their own deep connection to the theatre.
There will also be special afternoons of elegance on offer with exclusive Theatre Heritage Tours followed by on-stage afternoon tea.
Proceeds from the dinners and afternoon teas will directly support the theatre’s work with children, young people and families across the community.
